We are embarking on a journey that will most likely answer many of the burning existential questions you have – deep subjects about God, the universe, your meaning and purpose in life, and others. Today we kick things off with three questions about God. Questions that people throughout all of history have sought the answers to. Good news is that we know the answers!
Q: What is our only hope in life and death? A: That we are not our won but belong, body and soul, both in life and death, to God and to our Savior Jesus Christ
Romans 14:7-8 – 7 For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. 8 If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.
Q: What is God? God is the creator and sustainer of everyone and everything. He is eternal, infinite, and unchangeable in his power and perfection, goodness and glory, wisdom, justice, and truth. Nothing happens except through him and by his will
Psalm 86:8-10, 15 There is none like you among the gods, O Lord,
nor are there any works like yours.
9 All the nations you have made shall come
and worship before you, O Lord,
and shall glorify your name.
10 For you are great and do wondrous things;
you alone are God.
15 But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness

Q: How many persons are there in God? A: There are three persons in the one true and living God: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are the same in substance, equal in power and glory
2 Corinthians 13:14 14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
