In an episode of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck is captured by a big white abominable snowman that mistakes him for a rabbit. The white monster rocks Daffy in his arms and vows to “hug him and pet him and squeeze him” and keep him for his very own. It’s cute until we embrace a “pet” sin. Then it’s no laughing matter.
